Paul William Sage passed away Saturday, April 24, 1971, at the Georgian East Convalescent Home, St. Clair Shores, Mich. Survived by wife, Helen H. Sage of Harper Woods, Mich.; son, Paul Grant Sage of Claremont, Calif.; three grandchildren. The remains will be brought to Louisville for services and interment at Cave Hill Cemetery – Louisville Courier Journal 25 Apr 1971
He and his first wife, Bertha Nicholson (married 11 Oct 1911 Indianapolis, IN), had one son, Paul Grant Sage (1912-1975). Paul married Mary Louise Keller 01 Aug 1922 in Jackson, MS; 1930, 1940 and 1950 census records lists him as owner/proprietor of a retail shoe store in Vicksburg, MS.
