The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Hilda Turner of Franklin will be Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 1:00PM at the Bethel Heard Baptist Church, 2484 Charlie B. Johnson Road in Franklin.
Rev. Anthony Melson will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Turner, a native of Heard County, was born December 7, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Paul and Ida Potts.
She joined the Bethel Heard Baptist Church and remained a faithful member. She was a retired employee of Bibb Manufacturing Company.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two children: Vera Turner, Franklin, GA; Wendell (Jeanette) Turner, LaGrange; one grandson, Gregory Lewis Turner; three great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Robert Turner.
The family will be at their home at 33 Jenkins Street in Franklin.
Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
