She was a Bulloch County native, was a resident of Millen and Florida for several years and lived the remainder of her life in Bulloch County. She retired from Jockey International after 18 years of service and was of the Church of God faith. She was a resident of Statesboro Nursing Home.
SURVIVORS: two daughters and sons-in-law, Ruby Lee Faircloth Harris and John A. Harris of Statesboro, Mary Jane and Mel Slagle of Swainsboro; a son and daughter-in-law, Roy and Ada Johnson of Portal; a sister, Pauline Rabitsah of Millen; a daughter-in-law, Margaret Johnson of Millen; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
