Charles Ashby, 63, of Sweet Home, Oregon passed away Sunday, August 24.

His Legacy… Charles Harvey Ashby was born on
February 3, 1951 in Orrick, Missouri to Rachel and
Harvey Ashby. Charlie passed away on August 24,
2014 in Corvallis, Oregon. He was a precious father,
grandfather, brother and uncle. He loved to fish, hunt
and drive his 1937 Chevy. He also enjoyed camping,
traveling, the ocean and watching his kids and
grandkids grow up.
His Family… Charlie is survived by his brother
Ernest Ashby of Oroville, CA; his son James Ashby
and his daughter Regena Ashby both of Oroville,
CA; his granddaughters Rachel Snyder of Killeen Ft.
Hood, TX; Lacie Clements of Eureka, CA; his
grandsons Michael, Trevor, Cody and Brandon
Ashby all of Oroville, CA; along with lots of family
and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother
Elwin Ashby.
His Farewell Service…His Memorial Service
will be held Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00 AM
at Oroville Funeral Home 1454 Montgomery St.
