Dell Marie Stoner, 61, of 1011 Myra died at 12:11 a.m. today at Moberly Regional Medical Center, where she had been one day. She apparently suffered a stroke Wednesday and was taken to the hospital.
Born at Malden on Aug. 15, 1921, Mrs. Stoner was a daughter of Samuel Lewis and Mattie (Killion) Mosley. She had lived in Moberly about 40 years and formerly worked at the Brown Shoe Company here and the former National Bellas Hess store here. Mrs. Stoner was a member of the Nazarene church.
Among the survivors are her husband, Walter; mother, Mrs. Mattie Mosley, St. Louis; son, George Edward, Columbia; two daughters, Mrs. John W. (Veronda) Huff, Garland, Tex., and Mrs. Thomas (Joy) Bolden, Moberly; four sisters, Mrs. Rose Moser, Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Larry (Virginia) Sickemann, St. Louis; Mrs. Melba Schmidt, Phoenix, Ariz., and Rev. Howard (Ruth) Casteel, Kansas City; two brothers, Charles, St. Louis, and Rev. Paul Mosley, Hope, Ark., and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Cater Funeral Home with Rev. David Baughman of First Christian Church here officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Friday.
