Peggy Ruth Stockton, 76, of Advance, MO, died Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Bloomfield Golden Living Center at Bloomfield, MO. She was born May 4, 1938 at Pascola, MO. She was married to James Stockton. He preceded her in death in 1990.
Mrs. Stockton is survived by one daughter: Sharon Oliver of Advance, MO; one son: James (Susan) Stockton of Conroe, TX; one step-son: Billy (Carla) Robinson of Swinton, MO; two sisters: Lois Hildrich of Poplar Bluff, MO and Joyce Starks of Moberly, MO; six grandchildren: Chad (Tamara) Stockton, Jason (Amber) Oliver, Tommy Oliver, Joshua Stockton, Caleb Stockton, and Bethany Stockton; and seven great-grandchildren: Michelle, Joseph, Michael, Savannah, Steven, Katy, and Brayden.
Visitation will be at 6:00 PM Tuesday at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Larry Davis officiating. Burial will be at Brown Chapel Cemetery at Broseley.
