Benjamin Parker of Hamilton, Dies Hamilton, Illinois. January 8---Mr. Benjamin Parker, aged 84 dropped Tuesday morning in his home on Keokuk street. Coroner, Frazee of Carthage was called and an inquiry was made with a verdict of death from natural causes. January 7, 1936.

Mr. Parker was the son of James and Matilda Parker, and was born in Glasgow, Iowa, September 1, 1850. With his brother, James, he has lived in Hamilton for many years and had for a number of years been a fisherman and hunter. He is survived by one brother James of Hamilton, and a brother in Salem, Iowa.

The funeral service, will be held from the Hanerhoff Funeral home on Thursday afternoon and will be conducted by Rev. George Knight. The interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery.

A search of the records and the graveyard did not result in finding a gravestone for a picture.
