Dottie was a fine hostess for her husband Clyde whose job took him to varied locations and required him to entertain folks from around the world. She was always close to her two sisters Alice and Helen. She was always involved with her church where ever she lived.
In retirement in Flat Rock North Carolina she was a member of the St John in the Wilderness Episcopal Church. Clyde took on the task of making new markers for the Slave & Freeman section of the cemetery. And he set up shop in his garage for this project. This was a fine addition to this section of the cemetery.
