He was born on February 2, 1918, at Cornerstone, a son of the late Clarence Wiley and Bertha Long Wiley.
He received his early education at Jefferson County public schools and was retired from Smart Chevrolet Company. He was a member of New Morning Star
Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Fannie Reynolds Wiley; two sons, Freddie Wiley and Bobbie Wiley; and a brother, Loveless Todd.
Survivors include three sons, the Rev. Odell Johnson of Chicago, Alvin Wiley of Stockton, California, and Kenneth Wiley of Pine Bluff; three daughters, Ruby Wiley Shorter of Milwaukee, and Shirley Wiley and Rosie Marie Wiley, both of Pine Bluff; a brother, George Todd Jr. of Pine Bluff; a sister, Claretha
Grimes of Pine Bluff; 16 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
