DAVIS, Ms. Tamika Michelle Age 29, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, February 23, 2006, at Good Samaritan Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. A native Daytonian she worked for the Vandalia Park Div. She was preceded in death by (1) daughter, Mi'Kea Cartwright; maternal grandmother, Louise Davis; (1) aunt, Linda Davis; paternal grandparents, Eugene, Sr. and Margaret Allen. She leaves to cherish her memory (2) daughters, India Davis and Mi'Kel Cartwright; lifetime companion, Ja'Michael Burdette; loving parents, Debra Pigford and Micheal Allen; (8) sisters including devoted sister, Candace Davis; (8) brothers including devoted brothers, Antione and Michael (Kanea) Davis; maternal grandfather, Gordon Davis; a host of other relatives and many friends including special friends, Thawana, Ree, Nikki, and Kim. Funeral service 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 2, 2006, at Revival Center Ministries International, 3011 Willie E Mitchell Way (Oakridge Drive), Pastor Paul Mitchell, officiating, Mr. Michael Davis, Eulogist. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment West Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Thomas Funeral Home, Inc., 4520 Salem Avenue, Trotwood, Ohio.
