Mr. Christopher was a son of Peter and Bertha (Vendetta) Christopher. In 1939 he became a licensed funeral director and in 1947 he started Christopher Funeral Home in Albion. In 1971 he merged with Rho Mitchell and they became Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes. He served in the US Army during WW II. He was predeceased by his wife Marie Antoinette, daughter, Barbara Giambrone and sisters, Nancy bevenuti and Catherine Dorazio.
He is survived by his children, Robert (Karen) Christopher, Peter (Christine) Christopher, Michael (Jean) Christopher, and Betty (Oliver) Conway; son-in-law, Victor Giambrone; 9 grandchildren; 13 grandchildren; sisters, Delia Nenni, Carm "Nenni" (Daniel) Acchione and brother-in-law, Dominic Colucci.
