Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home's chapel with burial in Crittenden Memorial Park.
Mr. Hill, 53, was retired from Check, Inc., Memphis. A West Memphis native, he was a graduate of West Memphis High School and was the oldest surviving Virtue Star David recipient (30 years). He was a member of Shell Lake Baptist Church.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Ola Hill; a daughter, Julie Hill of Memphis; a stepdaughter, Valerie Friske of Blackfish Lake; a son, Carlton Hill, Jr. of West Memphis; a stepson, Charles Ferguson, Jr. of Helena; two sisters, Lois Simmons of Memphis and Joyce Covney of West Memphis; two brothers, Billy Hill and Bobby Hill both of West Memphis, and his mother, Dorothy Hill of West Memphis.
