Published in The Paducah Sun (McCracken Co., KY), Tues., 30 Sep 1969 - WICKLIFFE, Ky., Sept. 29 - Funeral services for A. Jesse Rollins, 85, retired state highway employe, who died at 3:30 p. m. Friday at his home here, were held Sunday at 3 p. m. at Milner-Phillips Funeral Home.
The Rev. Jesse Rye and the Rev. Paul J. Harting officiated and burial was in Wickliffe Cemetery.
Mr. Rollins was a member of Wickliffe Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Rollins; two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Priest of Wickliffe and Mrs. Ruby Erwin of Troy, Tenn.; two brothers, Jim Rollins and Harry Rollins, both of Wickliffe; four sisters, Mrs. W. O. Tilley of St. Louis, Mo., Callie Pollock, Mrs. Robert McElya and Mrs. Pearl Butts, all of Wickliffe; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
