Mrs. Lucille L. Ahearn Dies in Mechanicville
Mechanicville— Mrs. Lucille Leddick Ahearn, wife of William Ahearn, died suddenly at her home, 39 William Street about 5:30 p. m. yesterday. Mrs. Ahearn, victim of a heart ailment for several years, was stricken yesterday morning. Dr. John C. O'Brien was summoned.
Yesterday afternoon her children, returning from school, found their mother in critical condition. Mr. Ahearn was summoned immediately from his work on the state Barge Canal at Pittsburgh, Mrs. Ahearn was born in this city 38 years ago. She was a member of St. Paul's Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are three children, Rita, Mary Agnes and William Jr.; four sisters, Mrs. Ernest Trembley of Utica, Mrs. D. L. Bailey of Troy, Mrs. L. B. Canfield of Detroit; Mrs. George Owens of Greenwich; two brothers, Walter Leddick, Waterford; John Leddick, Cohoes.
The funeral will be held at 8:30 a. m. Tuesday at the late residence and at 9 a m. at St. Paul's Church.
Burial will be in St, Paul's Cemetery.

Mrs. Lucille Ahearn Funeral Conducted
Mechanicville. The funeral of Mrs. Lucille Leddick Ahearn, wife of William Ahearn,
who died Friday afternoon at her home, 39 William Street, was held at 8:30 a. m.
today from the residence and at 9 a. m. in St. Paul's Church.
The funeral High Mass of Requiem was celebrated by the Rev. Sylvester J. Martin,
O. S. A.
Bearers were Thomas Larkin, Thomas Welch, Daniel Sullivan, Pierce Moore, William
Gunnison and Earl Moore. Burial was in St. Paul's Cemetery.

Lucille was the daughter of George W. and Aurelia Leddick.
