Services for Josephine Bailey Moore, will be conducted at 10:00 am Monday at the Chapel of Generations of Irmo. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel is assisting the family.

Mrs. Moore, widow of Harold P. Moore, passed away Friday August 8, 2014. Born in Old Ellenton, she was a daughter of the late William Ashley and Salome Brabham Bailey. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Columbia for over 50 years and a member of Pawley's Island Community Church while living in Georgetown.

Survivors include sons, David Moore (Valerie) of Columbia and Kenneth Moore (Jan) of Georgetown, daughters, Elaine Whisnant (Wayne) of Swansea and Linda Hook (George) of Rock Hill, sisters, Mary King and Evelyn Greene, 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff of Generations of Irmo and All Seasons Hospice for their loving care and kindness.
