Jefferson Samuel Brown age 91 of Buffalo passed away August 19, 2014 at the Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
Jefferson was born October 16, 1922 to Jefferson and Annie (Taylor) Brown in Fort Worth Texas. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He retired from the National Weather service as a meteorologist. Since living in Missouri he has been engaged in farming and ranching.
Jefferson was preceded in death by his Parents, 2 Sisters; Mary Louise Adams and Anna Mae Jones.
He is survived by 2 Daughters: Judy Hodgkins, and Mary Tweed and Son-in-law Bill Tweed; 3 Grandchildren: Holly Switzer, William Tweed and Jefferson Tweed; 2 Great Grandchildren: Kaley Tweed and Raelyn Tweed.
Burial in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Ft. Worth Texas.
