Nie Ellie Atchley age 95 of Loganville, Georgia, passed away, Tuesday, August 19, 2014.

A funeral service will be held 1:30 PM, Friday, August 22, 2014 in the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, with Rev. Thomas L. Jordan, Sr. officiating. The burial will follow at Haynes Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Loganville, Georgia.

Mrs. Atchley was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Marshall C. Atchley in 2004. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Martha & Jerry Smith; Wilma & Wayne Nelms; Verna Wilson; Eugene Atchley; Linda & Royce Taffar; Donald Ray & Debra Atchley; Rebecca & Roland Worley; Brother: Clarence Taylor; 7 Grandchildren; 14 Great Grandchildren; and 5 Great – Great Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends, 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 2246 Wisteria Drive, Snellville, Georgia 30078.
