Mother Ruby Jo Duncan, 86, died Aug. 19, 2014, at Deaconess Hospital. Born in Clay, KY to Lee and Tommie Howell Judson.

Attended school in Wheatcroft and Earlington, KY. She graduated from Poro Beauty College in Indianapolis, IN and received her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana State University at Evansville. She was employed at the Evansville Association for Retarded Citizens for eleven years.

She was a members of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of the Senior and Mass Choirs, the Women's Missionary Union and the Mother's Board.

She was preceded by husband, Dr. Fred S. Duncan.They were married in Evansville in 1951.

Visitation 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at Mason Brothers and Wake Services from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church.
Services 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, 2014, at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Her son, Rev Roger Duncan, Eulogist; Rev. Todd M. Robertson, Pastor & Officiating
