Service: 10AM Wednesday August 20, 2014 at Victory Baptist Church.
Interment: Annetta Cemetery following service.
Janice was born in Lubbock on July 01, 1940 to the Fred Monroe Tatum and Wanda Jenny Self. Janice was a jewelry designer.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband Don in 2013.
Survivors: Son Butch Leeper of Garden City, Idaho; daughters Samantha Burns of Mobile, Alabama and Tiffany Burns of Orlando, Florida; mother Wanda Self of Mt. Vernon, Texas; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three step children; and close family friend Darrell Tanner.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
