Henry County native Antonio Maurice Foster, 32, of Bruceton died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. The cause of death is being investigated.

Local survivors are his father and stepmother, Steven (Tomiko) Porter, and a paternal grandmother, Mattie Porter, both of Paris.

His funeral was planned at 1 p.m. today at Mount Nebo Baptist Church in Hollow Rock. Wallace Cunningham was to officiate. Burial was to follow in Old Pisgah Cemetery in Hollow Rock.

Born Jan. 12, 1982, he also was the son and stepson of Juanita (Bruce) King of Bruceton.

He also leaves a brother: Steven (Lasaunda) McClerkin of Nashville; five stepbrothers: Jamaur Wharton of Gallatin, Kendrick Wharton of Huntingdon, Cassius and Casio Gilliam, both of Minnesota, and Quocus Gilliam; four sisters: Shontoria Foster and Heather Vasquez, both of Bruceton, April McClerkin of McKenzie and Jayne Porter of Mississippi; one stepsister: Tywauna Wharton of McKenzie; a stepgrandmother: Ollie Walker of Bruceton; a cousin: Kelby McClerkin of Hermitage; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother: Georgia Foster; and a paternal grandfather: Raymond Porter.
