of Lawrenceville, PA passed away on Monday, August 18, 2014 at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro, PA.
Born October 15, 1928 in Blossburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Mamie (Steckle) Hall.
She was an honorary member and active in the Tioga Fire Department.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husbands,
Cleone Cooper, Sr. and Jack Powers.
She is survived by her son;
Cleone (Karen) Cooper, Jr of North Port, FL;
her daughter,
Joanne (David) Wilber of Lawrenceville, PA;
