From at least 1935 to 1940, Emma was living on a farm in North Dakota.

Elaine C. Speidel, 3, dau., b. North Dakota
Emma married Doyle Peterson, and they were blessed with a son and a daughter.
Emma entered eternity August 19, 2014
She was preceded in death by her parents and 5 siblings.
Left with memories are: son, Gary (Shannon) Peterson; daughter, Debra (Keith) Fly; grandchildren, Kaylee Fly, Nicholas Fly, Griffin Peterson, Miri Peterson; sister, Elaine (Dan) Carney; nieces, nephews and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation Thursday, 6-8 pm at Braman Mortuary, 72nd Street Chapel, Omaha, Nebraska. Funeral Service Friday, 10:30 am at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, 7301 North 28th Ave., Omaha. Interment Westlawn Hillcrest Memorial Park.
