Hazel Irene Lee-Mullins
Hazel B. Lee-Mullins, 73, of Russellville passed away Monday, August 18, 2014 at UT Medical Center, Knoxville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin H. Lee, Sr.; father, Roy Brotherton; mother, Ruby Cupp; sister, Helen Greene; brother, Harold Brotherton; and grandson, Colby Gilbert.
Survivors include her daughter, Sherry (Carroll) Gilbert; son, Frank (Donna) Lee, Jr.; grandchildren, Nick Gilbert, Chrissy (Rowdy) Lee-Cloud; one great-grandchild; and three brothers, Harlan, Herman, and Roy Brotherton.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at Mayes Family Services, Downtown Chapel and the funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Dr. Doug Brown officiating. Family and friends will gather Thursday, August, 21, 2014 at Hamblen Memory Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service.
