Mary Lee Perry married James Lewis Kincheloe on 15 July 1893 at Vernon, Texas. Four children were born to this union with one dying in infancy.

Services for James Lewis Kincheloe were held at First Baptist Church officiated by pastor Barnard Franklin, assisted by Rev. Aubrey C Haynes, pastor of Crowell Methodist Church.

James Lewis Kincheloe was born near McKinney, Texas on the family farm. His parents moved to Hamilton County, Texas in 1875 where he grew to manhood.

Survived by his wife; one daughter - Mrs. C.R. Bryson, two sons - Herman Kincheloe and Cliff Kincheloe; one grandson; four brothers; three sisters.

James Lewis Kincheloe moved to Foard County, Texas in 1902. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Crowell and was a regular attender of the church. He lived a consistent Christian life, and as a pioneer citizen, took an active part in the development of Crowell, Texas.

He was a membre of the Woodmen of the World Lodge.
