People say there’s nothing like a mother’s love, and they are right. Our mother was a wonderful person who showed love to everyone she came in contact with. She was caring and beautiful inside and out. She loved life, her family, and her friends; and she taught her family to do the same. Most of all, our mother loved God. She raised her daughters to be strong women, just as she was. One thing our mother would want us to share with each of you is to tell those you love that you love them every chance you get. You don’t know what God has in store next. Rest in peace, our mother, our best friend, our beautiful angel

Left to cherish her memories are four daughters: Vickie Williams and husband Pete; Georgia Newcomer and husband Eddie; and Phyllis Lynn, all of Lubbock; Tanya Bell and husband Brad of Lamesa; her six grandchildren: Jennifer Hiler and husband James of Sahuarita, AZ; Candace Hiler and husband Bryan of Lubbock; Stephany Pierce and husband Seth of Port Orchard, WA; Cooper Bell and wife Hally of Midland, TX; Justin Bell and wife Jackie of Lamesa, TX; and Britt Bell of Norman, OK; as well as her seven great grandchildren: Lynzi and Autumn Hiler; Bryce and Brayden Hiler; Seth Jon, William, and Alyson Mabel Pierce.

Peggy’s family appreciates memorial donations made to New Mexico Christian Children’s Home, 1356 NM 236, Portales, NM 88130 (575-356-5372).
