A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at 7614 48th St. East in Fife, Wash., for Joanna Sulkosky of Fife, formerly of the Lane County area, who died Nov. 27 of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. She was 58. The inurnment will be private.
She was born May 5, 1949, in Westfir to Robert and Wanda Steele Farmer. She married Edward Sulkosky on Nov. 12, 1977.
She attended South Eugene High School and Lane Community College. Sulkosky worked as a health care provider for 26 years and was owner of N.W. Antiques for five years.
Survivors include her husband; her mother, now of Eugene; four daughters, Coulette Osmore, of Yelm, Wash., Shannon Bodwell of Puyallup, Wash., Michelle Fridenmaker of Spanaway, Wash., and Misty Sulkosky of Fife; a brother, Robert "Bo" Farmer of Eugene; a sister, Linda Robertson of Eugene; and nine grandchildren.
Arrangements by House of Scott Mortuary in Tacoma. Remembrances to the respiratory unit at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup.
