KING CITY, Mo. - William Marshall Collier, 87, King City, died Monday, June 10, 1991, at a healthcare center here.

Born in McFall, Mo., Mr. Collier had farmed most of his life in Berlin, Mo., until moving to King City in 1959.

He was a member of the First Baptist Church in King City, where he was a deacon.

In 1925, he married the former Helen V. Duerson in Albany, Mo. She died in 1989.

Mr. Collier also was preceded in death by four brothers, Elza, Ross, Ora and Ermal; and two sisters, Elva Waltemath and Adah Davidson.

Surviving: four daughters, Thalia Burke of Anaheim, Calif., Shirley Null of Pickering, Mo., Evelyn Daniels of Orange, Calif., and Nancy Gibson of Goodland, Kan.; two sisters, Wilma Hawman of King City and Ada Asset of Maysville, Mo.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Service: 11 a.m. Thursday, Bram-Clark Funeral Home. King City. Burial: King City Cemetery. Visitation: after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
