Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 12th, 2014 at Simon Temple AME Zion Church at 11am. Rev. Brian Thompson will be officiating. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville.
He is survived by his mother, Lillie P. Howard of Fayetteville; father, Reginald S. Smith of NY; two sons, Reginald A. Howard, Jr. and Ray Ray Howard both of Parkton, one brother, Michael Howard of Fayetteville; one sister, Sharee Smith of NY.
A viewing will be held of Monday from 5 until 7pm at Herring Funeral Care & Cremations of Fayetteville.
