She died August 16th at Central Wyoming Hospice Home is Casper, WY. Frankie was born Sept. 13, 1920, to Frank and Bertha Bush in Wichita, Kansas. She moved to Wyoming in 1921 with her family. She married Herbert A. Harris on September 24, 1938. They lived and raised their five children in Mills, WY. They celebrated 60 wonderful years together, until Herb's death on May 31, 1999. Frankie was a homemaker and a devoted mother to her 5 children. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge, Parent Teachers Association, and a Girl Scout Leader.
During her 40 years in Mills, she served on the Mills Fire Dept. Auxiliary.
She loved going fishing, hunting, square dancing and traveling with Herb. She also loved to knit, crochet, cross stitch and really enjoyed playing board games and cards of any kind with anyone that would play with her. During the last 2 1/2 years she lived in Casper residing at Garden Square Assisted Living.
Survivors include her five children: Frank of Tucson, Ariz., Earl (Joan) of Grand Junction, CO., Bert (Aileen) of Mills and twins, Jerry (Irma) of Texas City, Texas, and Joan (Dan) Andreen of Casper; two sisters, Rita Harris of Yuma, AZ and Mildred Adams of Florida; six grandsons; four granddaughters; 20 great-grandchildren, and 7 112 great, great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Marian Hoover; and one granddaughter.
