Preceding her in death were her son, Buddy Hocutt; brothers, Hugh, William and Julius Carroll; sisters, Cleona Wall, Clentis Strickland and Margaret Muscaria.
Surviving: a son, Herman (Cathy) Hocutt of Kenly; daughters, Ann (Phil) Parrish of Wendell and Joan Wilson of Zebulon; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
