Joann Boyd 83 of Yuba City left her mortal existence December 15, 2010 at her residence after a long illness. She was born February 13, 1927 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. And has lived in the Yuba-Sutter area for twenty two years. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her children. She has two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband of fifty seven years, Alex R. Boyd. Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Sutter Cemetery with Rev. Lois Black, officiating.
