Ross Franklin Stroud, age 73, of Two Rivers, died Monday morning, August 1, 1994, at the Two Rivers Community Hospital. He was born September 28, 1920 in Neelyville, Mo., son of the late Noah and Susie Curtis Stroud. He married Arliene LeMere September 4, 1948, in Two Rivers.

Ross was previously employed at Hansel's Tire and Battery Inc. and Streu Construction Company in Two Rivers and the Hamachek Company of Manitowoc and retired in 1989 following 25 years employment at Mirro Aluminum Company.

Survivors include his wife, Arliene Stroud, Two Rivers; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Judi Stroud, Two Rivers; two daughters and sons-in-law, Amy and Kelly DeRosier, Sheboygan; Karen and Jamie Tadych, Two Rivers; his mother-in-law, Muriel LeMere, Two Rivers; a sister-in-law, Betty Stroud, Jacksonville, Ill.; seven grandchildren; nieces, nephews. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers.

Friends may call at the Klein and Stangel Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and at Grace Congregational Church from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 1994, at the Grace Congregational Church, Two Rivers. Rev. Robert Sullivan will officiate with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens.
