A native of Ohio, she was the daughter of the late George Miller and Lelah Marie Evick Miller.
She attended Western Kentucky University and, along with her husband, was owner and operator of Davidson Meat Market.
She was a Red Cross volunteer, a BRADD board member and former president of the AARP. Mrs. Davidson was a member of Franklin First United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school. She was also a member of American Legion Auxiliary and Eastern Star, as well as the Workforce Investment Board.
Her husband, Lawrence “Tenie” Davidson, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Lynn Henderson and husband Rick and Jill Chappell and husband Steve, all of Franklin;
grandchildren, Larry Cassity and wife Charlotte Wheeler Cassity, Cathy Cassity Eaton and husband John, Joe David Shanklin II and wife Janetta Dillard Shanklin, Stephen Chappell and wife Jeri Whittaker Chappell, Cari Henderson Stewart and husband Jason;
10 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson; and three nieces of Delphous, Ohio.
