HALE, Cheryl Ann age 47, a resident of Miamisburg, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at Kettering Medical Center. Cheryl was born October 17, 1957 in Dayton. She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Hale, Sr. She is survived by her mother, Ann (Moyer) Hale of Miamisburg; 3 brothers, Jack (Jane) Hagwood of West Alexandria, Earl Hale, Jr. of Miamisburg and Tim Hale of Casstown; 2 sisters, Pamela (Sam) Perry of TN and Linda Sue West of Franklin; numerous other relatives and church family. Cheryl was a member of the Sammy Reed Community Pentecostal Worship Center. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Monday, February 14 at the GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, 508 E. Linden Ave., Miamisburg. Rev. Sammy Reed and Rev. Coy Barrett officiating. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. Friends may call from 11 AM until time of services on Monday.
