Johnny was a graduate of Prescott High School. He was of the Pentecostal Faith and he had been called into the ministry.
Johnny was working as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Premier Nursing Home in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was predeceased by his mother; two Brothers James Burton and Edward Burton.
