Shelia Douglas Brooks, age 70, of LaFollette passed away Friday, August 15, 2014. She was of the Baptist Faith and retired after 50 years of service in the health care field as an RN. Preceded in death by two infant children, Franklin Kyle Marlow and Patricia Gail Marlow; parents, Raymond and Goldie Chitwood Douglas; step son, Donald Brooks; sister, Patty Douglas Smith; brothers, Leland, Allen, Larry, and David Douglas.
