Bob was born in Salem, MA and educated in Marblehead, MA, and graduated from Marblehead High School in 1963. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a medical corpsman during the Vietnam conflict. After his military service, he attended both Northern Essex Community College and Merrimack College. He worked for over 35 years in retail management, retiring from Walmart in Derry, NH. He was an avid sports enthusiast, and enjoyed baseball and bowling. He was an author, and wrote three books, both fiction and non-fiction. He was also very active with Parkinson's activities within Southern New Hampshire.
Bob is survived by his four daughters, Lisa Lee and her husband Geon of Andover, MA, Jennifer Howard and her fiancé Robert Fitzgerald of North Andover, MA, Stefanie Machado and her husband Carlos of Methuen, MA, and Danielle Brimblecom and her husband Joshua of Manchester, NH. He is also survived by eight grandchildren
