Henry Basso "His heart just ran out of beats"

Henry was born February 12, 1926 to Sam and Josephine Basso in Price, Utah. He went to sleep December 16, 2012 and woke up in the arms of his wife, Elaine, whom he has missed tremendously for the last 25 years. Henry and Elaine were married June 24, 1950 and later sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. You couldn't find a more stable man, dedicated father and grandfather or hard worker. Dad's greatest accomplishments in life were raising his family and building big buildings. Dad loved camping, playing horse shoes and eating corn on the cob! He is well known for taking everybody out to dinner. Most recently his joys in life were his birds and his dog Coby, they were all his constant companion. He is survived by only 2 of his children Karen Trujillo (Chris) and Sandra Martinez (Tony). Grandchildren Alexandria, Desiree, Mandy, Brandis, Heather, Lindsey & Zackary and 8 great grandchildren, daughter in law Gail Basso. Preceded in death by wife Elaine Paulsen Basso, children: Michael, Chad, Rebecca and 3 grandchildren Viewing Thursday December 20, 6-8 pm & Friday December 21, 12-1:30 pm. Funeral Friday December 20, 2 pm all at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy Utah.
