Rose Sullivan Stephens, 87, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, James Sykes Stephens.
She is survived by her sons Jim (Debbie) Stephens, Jody (Diana) Stephens and David Stephens; three grandchildren ; two great-grandchildren; sister Grace Ostheimer; brothers Dan Sullivan, Jim Sullivan and William Sullivan; and her wonderful friend of many years, Dot Nickell.
The family wishes to thank mom’s caregivers at Belmont Village who went over and beyond to help her on her journey home; Crossroads Hospice who helped mom in her final weeks and mom’s friends at Germantown Baptist Church.
