Tracy was born on July 7, 1970 in Lawton, to Jerry Don and Gayle (Tate) Stover. She grew up in Lawton where she attended school, graduating from Eisenhower High School in 1988. While in high school, she was a member of the Gentry Singers and sang in the Choir. She was selected twice in the Allstate Honor Choir and was voted most talented in her senior year. Tracy then attended Cameron University. She married Peter Jurgensen on July 2, 1988 in Lawton and to that union a daughter, Calyn, was born in Berlin, Germany. They returned to Lawton in 1991 where Tracy worked in a bank and later, as a legal secretary. She married George Austin on August 28, 1998 and they lived in California with their children, Calyn and Kimberly. Tracy returned to music when she and George formed an acoustic band. She would sing and George would play guitar on the patio of their apartment and people would gather from all around to listen. They moved to Fletcher in 2004. Tracy, George, her brother, Quinn, and a neighbor formed the band "Thicker Than Water" where she was lead vocalist. In 2007, Tracy and George separated and she became the lead vocalist for "Spell". Her brother later joined the band as the bassist and both were very happy to be playing together again all over Oklahoma and Texas. She met her soulmate, Jim Roebuck, in 2008 and they resided in Fletcher. Tracy was Calyn's best friend and the best mom ever. She was also a daddy's girl and never met a stranger. She was the most accepting person and was beautiful inside and out. She was very honest good or bad... no matter the outcome. Tracy was also an avid animal lover. There were three things Tracy always fought for... Family, Music, and Friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
