Mrs. Fransisca Guerra de Soto, age 76, died. She was a first generation Mexican-American and Texan. She was born in Karnes County, Texas and she was a life-long resident of Karnes County. She was a daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, aunt, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. Francisca was one of ten siblings and she was the mother of eight children, one girl and seven boys.
Francisca was preceded in death by two of her eight children: an infant son, Ramon Guerra Soto, and her oldest son, Trinidad "Trino" Guerra Soto; also preceding her are parents, Mr. Sabas Rubalcava Guerra and Mrs. Felicita Silvas Guerra; and at least seven of her ten siblings. She was survived by husband, Mr. Dolores Soto; their daughter and oldest child, Mrs. Estefanita Soto Rivas; and their sons: Felix, Nicolas, Dolores Guerra Soto, Librado "Lee", and Eduardo; and many grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
