Funeral services for Clyde Burns McKinney, age 70 of Dallas, Texas will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel in Seagoville with Mr. Al Madden officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Seagoville.

Clyde McKinney was born on February 7, 1940 in Russellville, Alabama a son of the late Alfie and Ruth King McKinney and passed away on June 17, 2010 in Dallas. Clyde was united in marriage to Linda Garrett on June 28, 1978 in Dallas and is preceded in death by a son, Larry Wayne McKinney and his parents. Clyde loved the outdoors and really enjoyed and loved his family and will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

Survivors include his loving wife, Linda Ruth (Garrett) McKinney of Dallas, daughter, Deborah Ann McKinney of Alabama; sons, Jimmy Burns McKinney of Alabama, David Wayne McKinney of Alabama and Bobby McKinney of Alabama, step-daughters, Wendy Lynn Manning of Mabank, Brenda (Manning) Marcos of Minnesota , Stormy Gail (Browning) Savage of Mesquite; 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren as well as his sister, Betty Sue Smith of Alabama and numerous other friends and relatives.
