Phil Robbins, 58, of Dover, died Sunday, August 10, 2014 at St. Mary's Regional Med Center in Russellville. The son of Harold and Margaret Stevenson Robbins, he was born September 28, 1955 in Russellville.

He received his BS from University of Arkansas. Phil was a Chemistry Supervisor at ANO for over 30 years until he retired in 2012. He was a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, where he enjoyed serving as an usher. He enjoyed hunting deer and turkey, fishing and vegetable gardening. He was preceded in death by his father.

Phil is survived by two daughters, Amanda Alison Robbins of Dover, Christin Amberly Robbins of Dover; three sons, Philip Christopher Robbins and wife Dyana of League City, TX, Matthew Israel Robbins of Dover, Dustin Ryan Robbins of Dover; one brother, Neal Robbins of Dover, mother, Margaret Robbins of Dover; four grandchildren, Jonathan Robbins of League City, TX, Abigail Robbins of Dover, Michael Robbins of League City, and Ethan Robbins of Dover.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Eddie Rogers and Rev. Isaac Woodard will officiate. Burial will be at Annie’s Chapel Cemetery in Hagarville by Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, at the funeral home.
