Arnold T. King of Corinth, MS was born October 17, 1928 in McNairy County, TN the son of the late Tide E. and Eupha Mae Price King. Mr. King departed this life on August 10, 2014 in Tupelo, MS at the age of 85 Years, 9 Months, 24 Days.
He was united in marriage to Maxine Wilmeth on September 20, 1952.
Mr. King attended Foote St. Church of Christ in Corinth, MS. He worked for 57 years at King Manufacturing Company in Corinth. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He loved gardening and in his earlier years hunting and fishing. He represented a true gentleman and family man.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 62 years, Maxine King of Corinth, MS; a daughter, Donna Jones and husband Stan of Huntsville, AL; a son, Paul King of Corinth; four grandchildren, Wendy King of Birmingham, AL, Jason King of Knoxville, TN, Cameron Jones of Huntsville, AL, Alison Jones of Huntsville, AL; a daughter-in-law, Pat King, and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. King was preceded in death by a son, Steve King; a brother, J. D. King; two sisters, Rosetta Mills, Ines Jones.
