She was active in the LDS Church. She held many positions in the Primary and Relief Society and was called to do genealogy. She lived a life of service to church and family. Aunt Nell was always ready to help wherever she was needed.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra J. Smith of Salt Lake and Nada Nelson of Nampa; grandsons, Steven Nelson of Idaho Falls, and Gary and Scott Nelson of Boise; granddaughters, Jalene Kindred of Boise, Kellie Overall of Nampa; son-in-law, Paul Bolton of Paris; 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert, daughter, Dorothy Bolton and one great-grandson, Randy J. Nelson.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 3 in the Valley View 11th Ward. Interment was in the Montpelier City Cemetery.
