She was born in Virginia, moved to Kentucky ca. 1804 and finally to Indiana in 1807. Elizabeth married Jacob Blasdel, Jr 8/12/1812 in Guilford, Indiana and they had 7 children. Her obituary in the Lawrenceburg Register reads: "Sweet, spirited, good & faithful Christian lady of the highest type." She passed away in the home of her daughter, Eliza, and son-in-law at Wright's Corner, IN.
