Mr. Benny Gene Tungate, age 83 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Cedars of Lebanon. He was a retired employee of Jane and Linda Sportswear.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Lee and Maude Ellen Marcum Tungate; son, Gary Gene Tungate; brother, Junior Tungate; two sisters, Marty Whitehouse and Lottie Whitehouse.
Survivors include three sons, David Tungate, Stephen Tungate, and Lonnie Tungate, all of Lebanon; daughter, Diane Spalding, of Lebanon. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Millard Tungate. Interment to follow in the Holy Name of Mary Church Cemetery.
Visitations will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home
