Joshua "Josh" Owen Turner, 28, of Little Rock died on Sunday, August 10, 2014. Josh was born, May 14, 1986 in Arlington, TX to Johnny and Carla (Tilley) Turner.
Josh spent four years in the Army/National Guard before starting his career at Crowley Martian Corporations, where he worked the pipe line in Alaska.
Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Graydon and Anna Marqueritt Turner and his maternal grandfather, Leon Tilley.
He is survived by his mother, Carla Weaver and husband, Dave of Palm Bay, FL; his father, Johnny Turner and wife Shella of West Helena, AR; one sister, Tara Brooke Newman of Douglasville, GA; one brother, Britt Turner of West Helena; and maternal grandmother, Freeda Tilley of Greers Ferry AR; three uncles and one aunt; eight cousins; five nephews and one niece.
Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Fourth Street Baptist in West Helena.
