Age 84, daughter of the late Ralph and Gladys Magoon Skinner. She was a beautician and cosmetology instructor before her marriage to Robert E. Peterson 38 years ago. Hazel was a life member of the Moose Lodge #269 and active at the Salvation Army.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Fred and Lawrence Skinner, and two sisters, Nora Kloszewski and Lillian Tupitza (cousin raised by Ralph and Gladys).
Surviving are her husband Robert E. Peterson, a son, Ralph Craig (Barbara), of Erie; a sister, Ester Mariella, of Erie; five grandchildren, several great grandchildren, a brother-in-law, James Peterson, of Cranesville and several nieces and nephews.
