Carl was the son of Lester & Elmeda (Keyser) Hunsicker. He was recruited in the U.S. Army during W.W.II. Carl was a decorated P.O.W. After discharge he married Dorothy Comfort. They moved to Hatfield and he worked and retired as a underwriter for Harleysville Insurance Company. Carl loved Golfing and taking trips with his wife Dorothy to the mountains. They were the parents of two children: Suzanne Hawley, VA. and Barbara Stills ( her husband was Corlie Stills) Lansdale, PA.
